ERIN GRACE BAILEY

Artistic Director

Erin-Grace is a founding member of Little Thistle. She is a recent graduate of Belmont University in Nasvhille, TN, receiving a BFA in Theatre Performance and a BFA in Theatre Directing. She currently serves as the artistic director for Thistle in addition to being on staff with the Nashville Children's Theatre. Some of her favorite credits include 36 - an original play about the 19th amendment in TN, and The White Rose Pirates, which she wrote and directed.

VERONICA ROSE

Executive Director

 Veronica is a director, actor, and creative currently based in New York City. She is pursuing her Masters in Directing from the Actors Studio Drama School. After receiving her Bachelor’s in Performance from Belmont University, she worked as an assistant director at the Pacific Resident Theatre in Los Angeles. Her work focuses on new works both on stage and in film.

LEXI BRESNAN

Education Director

Lexi Bresnan is a junior at Belmont University, receiving her BFA in Theatre Performance. Lexi has a passion for all things kids and has worked at various summer camps (including Nashville Children’s Theatre and Camp Winnataska). She has also been apart of a touring children’s theatre company, The Belmont Reperatory Company.

SYDNEY LOFTON

Human Resources

SYDNEY LOFTON Credits Include: Intimacy Director, The Diviners, Little Women, Robin Hood: A Musical Celebration (Belmont University); Elektra (Nashville Children’s Theatre). Actor, Jane Banbury, Fallen Angels (Little Thistle Theatre Company); Aunt March, Little Women; Caetlin, The White Rose Pirates; Josephine Pearson, 36 (Belmont University). Sydney was recently nominated for KCACTF’s Region IV’s “Best Choreographer” for her work as intimacy director and fight choreographer in Little Women and “Best Allied Design” for The Diviners as an intimacy director and movement coach. Sydney will graduate from Belmont University this May with a B.F.A. in Theatre & Performance.

VICTORIA HERDA

Media and Marketing Manager

Victoria Herda is a sophomore at Belmont University, studying for a BFA in Theatre Performance. She loves community theatre, TYA, and anything involving music. With over a year at Belmont under her belt, she is inspired to expand her experiences in all branches of theatre. Victoria is excited to become more involved in the Tennessee theatre community as well as the community in her home of Minnesota.

MEGAN ALLEN

Board Member

Megan Allen is an advisory board member from Portland, TN. Megan wants to receive a BFA in Theatre Directing in the future. She is the playwright of the Yes, I Can trilogy. Megan enjoys children, doing anything creative and promoting disability awareness. One of her goals is to be the first actor with Cerebral Palsy on Broadway.
